產(chǎn)品描述：舒尼替尼游離堿是一種口服小分子多靶向受體酪氨酸激酶（RTK）抑制劑。2006年1月26日，舒尼替尼蘋果酸鹽被FDA批準(zhǔn)用于RCC和抗伊馬替尼GIST。舒尼替尼可通過靶向多受體酪氨酸激酶（RTK）抑制細(xì)胞信號傳導(dǎo)。因此，同時抑制這些靶點可減少blood vessel形成并觸發(fā)癌細(xì)胞凋亡，從而導(dǎo)致cancer縮小。舒尼替尼還抑制CD117（c-KIT），CD117是一種受體酪氨酸激酶（當(dāng)被突變不當(dāng)激活時）驅(qū)動大多數(shù)胃腸道間質(zhì)細(xì)胞cancer。
